The Tyre Doc Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based e-commerce and tyre service provider specializing in tyre supply, replacement and related vehicle servicing solutions. In addition to retail tyre services, we support corporate customers in managing their vehicle fleets, including tyre maintenance, routine servicing coordination and workshop liaison. We work closely with corporate fleet owners, logistics operators and commercial vehicle users to ensure their vehicles remain roadworthy, compliant and operationally efficient. Services include tyre replacement, inspections, scheduled maintenance coordination and workshop engagement. As our corporate client base and service operation volume continue to grow, operational coordination has become increasingly complex. service operation assignments, service documentation, vehicle tracking and reporting are currently managed through manual spreadsheets and fragmented communication channels. To strengthen operational efficiency and improve service delivery standards, we intend to digitalise its current workflow through the implementation of a centralized Service Operations Management System. This initiative will allow us to streamline service tracking, standardize service reporting and enhance visibility across its fleet servicing operations, forming a scalable digital foundation to support future growth in Singapore.
